- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any payments made. All sales are final.

- Full Value Retention: if you pay for one month and then cancel, you can continue to use our Pro features for the entire month. This ensures you get the full value of your payment without feeling like your money was wasted.

Account Deletion & Data Retention
If you decide to leave us permanently, you can request account deletion.

30-Day Grace Period
Your data is kept in a "soft delete" state for 30 days. You can reactivate your account during this time.
Permanent Erasure
After 30 days, all your journals and personal data are permanently wiped from our servers. This action is irreversible.
