1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using RojLekho, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2Description of Service
RojLekho is a digital journaling platform provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS). We provide tools for writing, storing, and managing personal journal entries. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4End-to-End Encryption & Data Recovery
Your journal entries are protected with end-to-end encryption. They are encrypted on your device before they reach us, and we store only encrypted data that we cannot read. This gives you genuine privacy, but it also means the responsibility for access rests with you:
- Your password and your recovery kit are the only way to decrypt your entries. You are responsible for keeping them safe.
- Because your content is encrypted with a key only you hold, we cannot recover your entries if you lose both your password and your recovery kit. Please store your recovery kit somewhere safe.
- We cannot read, restore, or reset the contents of your journal on your behalf.
5Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content
You retain full ownership of the content you create in your journals. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.
Our Content
The Rojlekho website, logo, design, and underlying technology are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.
6Subscription & Payments
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription terms, including billing cycles and payment methods, are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
7Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time via your settings page.
8Limitation of Liability
Rojlekho is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data. Because your journal is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot recover content lost when both your password and recovery kit are lost (see Section 4).
